I currently have a preeeetty good non-ancient roll on these gloves: Int 741, Attack speed 6%, crit hit 9.5%, and crit dmg 50% (the int could be area dmg to improve, but forget that for a moment, I dont think that is impacted by ancient, either). None of these properties, other than the int, are improved with ancients. The best stat rolls are attack speed (or int), crit hit chance, crit dmg, and area dmg. I am a necro and my hands are currently equipped with Lavishing Gloves. If you visit the Altar, the bottom-most Seal reads, “When a primal item drops, a second random primal item drops as well.As you all know, Caldesann's can only be applied to ancient items. Moreover, with the new Altar of Rites system in Season 28, Diablo 3 players can also get double the primal item drops.

Attempting to equip multiple will get you a message that says, “You cannot equip more than one of this item.” You can equip more Primals if you find them, though. While this may seem somewhat overpowered at first glance, players can only equip one crafted Primal Ancient Legendary item. Using those Primordial Ashes, players can visit Kanai’s Cube and use the Curiosity of Lorath Nahr (Upgrade Legendary Item) recipe, which costs 1 Legendary item and 100 Primordial Ashes, to transmute an item into a Primal Ancient Legendary. Salvaging a Primal Ancient Legendary item at the Blacksmith now gives players 55 Primordial Ashes. The resulting item will be a Primal Ancient Legendary version of the item you transmuted. To craft Primal Ancient Legendary items in Diablo 3 Season 28, you can place a Legendary item inside Kanai’s Cube and transmute it using the Curiosity of Lorath Nahr recipe.
